Did you know…
Did you know that digital X-rays use up to 90% less radiation than traditional film X-rays, making them a safer and more effective choice for your child’s dental care?
At Memorial Children’s Dentistry, we focus on prevention, comfort, and long-term smile protection for children. Our board-certified pediatric dentists carefully check your child’s teeth and recommend dental sealants when they can help protect cavity-prone molars.
We make the sealant process simple, quick, and kid-friendly. With no shots or drilling needed, dental sealants are an easy way to give your child’s back teeth extra protection against cavities.

Digital X-rays are available instantly, allowing for quicker diagnosis and treatment, reducing the time spent at the dentist’s office.
The digital format allows for quick sharing with specialists, insurance companies, or other medical professionals, ensuring seamless and efficient dental care.
Digital X-rays can be stored easily and accessed electronically, making it simple to track changes in a patient's dental health over time.
Your child will be comfortably seated while the dental technician places a small sensor or plate in their mouth. The sensor is carefully positioned to capture the necessary images of specific teeth or areas of the mouth.
The digital X-ray machine is activated, and within seconds, detailed images of your child's teeth and surrounding structures are captured. The process is quick and painless, taking just a few moments.
Once the images are captured, they are immediately available for review on a computer screen. The dentist will assess the images, discuss any findings with you, and recommend the best course of treatment, if necessary.
